Butler Park in South Austin | High School Senior Photos
I last saw this High School Senior for his family’s yearly holiday photo session in the Blanton Museum Courtyard.
For his Senior Year photos, he requested a mix of urban and nature. So, we met up at Butler Park in South Austin.
He also brought his guitar for some photos.

Tips for Senior Photo Sessions at Butler Park:
- Nearby parking can fill up quickly (especially on weekends) at Butler Park – give yourself enough extra time to arrive if you need to pay to park at the Long Center next door and then walk over
- There is a park restroom you can use for outfit changes
- You can get a lovely combination of skyline, water and nature from the boardwalks at the Park
- Make sure to keep an eye on local event calendars to make sure there aren’t conflicts for your session date
