Ginny, Elliot and Levi met me for sunrise at Lady Bird Lake last weekend. We explored the fields of wildflowers then watched the rowers on the water. The bluebonnets were almost gone, but the Indian Paintbrushes more than made up for it.

Meet Jasper and Cypress, two laid-back 10 week old twin boys. I met them and their mamas, Lisa and Corinne, down at Butler Park for their photo session – luckily early enough to miss the nearby ACL crowds. And what perfect timing, since they had just gotten Batman & Robin costumes from their aunt as well. The boys were so cooperative; it was a really fun shoot.

I’ve known Ginny and Grady (the parents of these cute twins) for a long time. So it was a pleasure to hang out with them one breezy Sunday morning and follow Elliot and Levi as they played all over the house and backyard. These two had just started walking and didn’t want to be stopped and posed. But they loved being outside – so it was fun to follow where they wanted to explore.
